Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. To proceed with a new appointment, please book online and submit a new deposit. Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will incur the full service balance charge. A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the deposit will be transferred to the new date. DEPOSITS: To secure your appointment, all services require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are credited towards the service cost. Remaining Balance is due at time of service. LATE POLICY: After 10 minute grace period without notification, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. Client will be considered a No Call-No Show and will be charged 100% of schedule service amount!
